Tell Congress to Pass the Employment NonDiscrimination Act NOW!

On September 23, the House Education and Labor Committee will hold a hearing to discuss ENDA, the federal employment nondiscrimination law that would ban discrimination against lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender Americans.

Iowans can celebrate one of the most progressive and fully inclusive state nondiscrimination laws in the country. However, it is far past time that Congress take action to pass ENDA on a federal level.
